Ogrefencer's VSF Madness, Part 1

Ogrefencer has used his wiley skills to convince his local gaming group to indulge in a little 28mm landironclad battle royale - excellent! Good work matey!


Here are some pics from the first encounter, though he notes that it was a trial run and for that reason they used a white table cloth with squares marked off for movement.

  3. I must confess that this idea was the work of a gaming chum of mine from my wargames club - South East Essex Military Society (SEEMS. Chris, the aforementioned chum, wanted to try out the rules and as we have a shed load of 28mm 19th century figures - plus some bits and pieces from Pax Limpopo it was quite easy to put together for a try out. The gridded cloth is now in the process of being painted so the next version will look a whole better. My own modest contribution was to take the pics - which i will be doing again next week when the club runs an Aeronef game. Sadly the Turks will not be present as they are still on working up exercises at a secret location somewhere deep in Anatolia...........
