Col.Smith stares down a Nobs' Krooted Bustard at the start of the 'Land that time forgot' expedition. (The 'atomic chicken' is actually a Forgeworld Kroot beastie, lovely model.)
Lt. Poincare's field of view is blocked by a Duhrer's Rhinoceros as the expedition prepares to leave for the 'Land that time forgot' expedition. (The Rhino comes from a print by Albercht Durer, another grand model. )
Ismet Okyar aims at a giant crocodile on the way to the second camp on the 'Land that time forgot' expedition. (The croc is a Tamiya kit.)
Welcome back Mssr V - you've been missed!
I love that Durer rhino!
ReplyDeleteLovely beasties! After the Tong Darkest Africa is where I too shall be heading...I already have my eye on some suitable aquarium terrain and toy dinosaurs as well as a big pile of minis!
ReplyDeleteI love the Nobs' Krooted Bustard and the Durer's Rhino! I've been trying to keep my eyes and mind open to possibilities like these. Some toy figures could make great extraterrestrial or lost world critters, as well as various fantasy figures (and sci-fi ones, of course).
