By Jove, the machinations emanating from the corridors of power of the Sublime Porte are too despicable for words! Is there no end to this Turkish Perfidy? It is a pretty poor show when any self respecting mad scientist is unable to go about his own nefarious designs without the interference of a major power (well, almost.......)
